Contact Drawblins
Email [email protected]. Every message is read by the developer who builds the games, so a little detail goes a long way.
Reporting a bug
Tell us which game you were playing, what you expected and what happened instead. These details help us reproduce it:
- Your device and browser, for example "iPhone 15, Safari" or "Windows laptop, Chrome".
- Roughly how many people were in the room, and whether it was a Private Room or an Event Room.
- The time it happened, with your time zone.
- A screenshot, if you have one.
You do not need to send the room code. Codes are short-lived and stop working once a room closes.
Removing a word or prompt
If a built-in word, trivia question or writing prompt is wrong, out of date or not something you would want shown at work, send it to us and say which game it appeared in. We review every report and remove or fix the item.
Ideas for new games
If your team plays something in the office that would work online, describe how a round goes and how many people usually play. We keep a list and build from it.
Planning a large event
A single room holds up to 500 people, with up to 30 taking turns as active players. If you are running a company all-hands, an offsite or a conference session, write to us with the date, the expected headcount and the game you have in mind, and we will help you set it up. The team building guide and how to play page answer the most common hosting questions.
Your account and your data
Signed-in players can export or delete their data from the account menu at any time. For anything else about your data, email the same address. The privacy policy explains what we store.
Business and branded rooms
For a room in your company's colours, a saved word pack for your team, or help running a recurring event, email us with your company name and what you need.
