Draft. These terms are a starting point written for a small online game. They have not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have them checked before you take payment, especially if you sell to companies or operate in the EU or UK.

1. What Drawblins is

Drawblins is an online drawing-and-guessing game. You can play as a guest, or create an account to keep your game history.

2. Acceptable use

Do not use Drawblins to harass anyone, to post hateful, sexual or violent content, to impersonate other people, or to disrupt games for others. Room hosts may remove or mute participants at their discretion. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

3. User content

You are responsible for what you draw, type and upload. Drawings and chat are transmitted to other people in your room. Do not share anything confidential: a room code is not a security control, and anyone holding it can join.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. You may delete your account at any time from the account menu.

5. Paid plans

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

6. Availability

Drawblins is provided “as is”. We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and games in progress may end during maintenance or an outage.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Drawblins is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will make it visible in the app before it takes effect.
