Most Likely To questions for work, and a game to play them live

Who is most likely to reply to an email at 2am? Everyone taps a name at the same time, the room's pick gets a crown, and you score by reading the room right.

Most Likely To is the icebreaker people already play in offices and group chats. This version runs it properly online: one link, a ballot of real names, live vote counts and a scoreboard, so nobody has to tally hands on a video call.

How to play Most Likely To online

  1. A prompt appears, such as "Who is most likely to fix the printer?", with the names and avatars of people in the room.
  2. Everyone votes at once. Tap a teammate. Your own name is greyed out, and your vote locks in as soon as you tap.
  3. Votes stay hidden until everyone is in or the 20 second timer runs out, so nobody follows the crowd.
  4. The reveal sorts the room by votes and crowns the top pick. Three prompts make a round.

Scoring

Scoring for agreement, not for being picked, is the important choice. It turns the game into "how well do you know this team", which is the conversation an icebreaker is meant to start. Being picked is a small bonus, so there is nothing to gain from campaigning for votes.

Needs at least 3 people. Bots sit this one out: a bot has no opinion about your colleagues, and a random bot vote would decide close rounds.

Built for big rooms

With up to eight people, everyone is on every ballot. Past eight, each prompt shows eight names and the ballot rotates, so every person in a 200-person all-hands appears before anyone appears twice. Everyone can still vote on every prompt, so nobody sits waiting.

80 funny who's most likely to questions for work

Every prompt in the game is kind enough to say out loud on a company call: no drinking, dating or embarrassing stories. These are the ones the game draws from, so you can also use them for an in-person meeting.

How many players, and how long it takes

From 3 people up to 500. Everyone votes on every prompt at the same time, so a big room takes no longer than a small one. A round is three prompts and takes about two minutes; three rounds is a comfortable six to eight minutes, which fits the start of a meeting.

Common questions

How do you play Most Likely To online?

Create a free room, share the link, and press Start once three or more people are in. Each prompt shows the names in the room and everyone taps one.

How does scoring work?

300 points for matching the room's top pick and 100 for being that pick. A winner needs at least two votes.

Can you vote for yourself?

No. Your name is greyed out and the server refuses the vote.

Does it work for a big group?

Yes, up to 500. Above eight people the ballot rotates so everyone appears before anyone appears twice.

Are the questions safe for work?

Yes. All 80 are written for a company call: habits, hidden talents and everyday life, nothing about drinking, dating or anyone's looks.
